All office visits are by appointment. We greatly value your time, and make every effort to see you as close to your appointment time as possible. To make an appointment, call our office at (916) 920-0871.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Telephone hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday thru Thursday (excluding 12:00-1:30 lunch), and 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon on Friday.
In the event of a serious problem after hours, our doctors or an on-call dermatologist can be reached by phone by dialing our regular office number.
Insurance billing has become quite complicated. For this reason, as an added service to our patients, we will bill your insurance for you at no additional cost. Non-covered services are due on the day of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, and debit-card payments. We are members of most major insurance plans, and accept Medicare assignment.
Our office is committed to giving our patients not only the highest level of dermatologic care, but also the highest level of service. Our staff will help you in any way possible, from scheduling questions to billing and insurance problems.
